83586 Finish PHP (Membership) Site

About What Needs to be Done: I need my current website (which is approximately 50% completed) to be finished ASAP. Due to workload and fiscal year-end of the current programming staff, they were unable to finish the site. So I have a half-done site. What's left to do includes making the contact feature work within the site, so members have a private way of contacting one another, as well as conditional fields depending on the groups members choose to belong to. These are the main areas to be completed and for improvement. Here was the original posting from November: A dating/professional matchmaking site. This will be a robust search-engine type website (similar to a [login to view URL] or [login to view URL])though will fill a niche market in a particular, specialized industry. I will post more details to interested parties in a PMB. I do not need all of the functionality of [login to view URL], however I do have some additions. For most of these additions, I already have scripts that need modifications. In addition to excellent search capabilities, I require an advanced, user-friendly admin area/control panel. I do not need any website design. For a list of the major enhancements, please post a message on the message board, and I will post one for you outlining the details. This site will utilize a MySQL database and run on a Unix-based operating system. Note to Bidders: Please provide example URL's in your estimate, as well as a very close to actual estimate of when you will be able to complete. Since I am presently behind schedule as it is, the delivery date is of utmost importance. In case you need to know, PHP myAdmin is installed on the server.
