75192 oscommerce shipping problem

URGENT [login to view URL],818 We have a need to be able to ship a product all over the world at 4 different freight rates . We are using the oscommerce shipping kart and located a contribution on the [login to view URL] website ( see link on top of this page) which going by the description is eaxctly what we needed. shipping by regions. we have installed this module on our website , but unfortunately it doesnt appear to be working as expected. we have created the 4 regions and set the module up to use qty and (per item ) shipping cost as per the instructions which came with the module, The problem we having is that the kart returns the same shipping cost ( region 3) for the item irrespective of the country we have entered in the customer address block in the country field, when they create an account. selling 1 item returns A$59.00 freight, you can check this by going to the following website [login to view URL] a client the system is not live in the transcation site so nothing will be processed as such , click on order on the website and then click on the link to order on line .and just set urself up as a customer before you go there, have a look at the freight calculator at that page, which shows clearly how the system should calculate the freight for the different zones ( regions).and it shows you the countries in each zone ( u need that for testing) The scond issue is ot do wiht tryin got ship to a country which is no tlisted in any of the regions we have set up. we are based in Australia amnd we donr ship th eproudct this way inside Australia hence it has not been added to any region. We expected to see an erro messge apperin gin the kart program ( in accordance with the contribution 818 PHP program code) that there is no shipping available to the selected country for the chosen shipping method. instead it accepts te country and returns also a A$59.00 freight rate. We would like to receive urgent bids to fix this problem Any takers ? we have more work on the shipping site on the cards , but right now we want to get this part operational.!!!!
