162901 PHP/HTML Gallery creator

Basically I want a copy of the script used here:

+ The script must be able to approve and delete comments. I'd like comments to be inputted on the page they were made for not in an IFRAME.

I'd also like to be able to name the folder that the gallerys will be in via the admin section. The very least I'd like to have the .jpg taken out of the folder name that each picture page is found in.

I would also need the option to add unique text to each picture page, unique meta tags and a unique title for each page.

that you could use/edit to make it comply with the above requests. The script I currently have is very basic.
