81710 Repair autohits exchange

I recently purchased a PHP/mySQL program that is supposed to work as an autohits traffic exchange. Unfortunatly, I have been unable to even login to the admin section let alone verify the quality of the program. I would like someone to troubleshoot this PHP/mySQL program and determine what is wrong. Basically, get the thing working. Since it is on a site I use for testing I would also need detailed info as to what was wrong and the requirements to get it working on a full-time site. That way I will be able to move it to another site when I am ready. Thank you in advance for all who bid!
