75080 safelist hosting site

Hi, You must be an expert in mail servers and have a complete knowledge of safelists and ecommerce to bid on this project. This is a difficult job for those without that knowledge and a very simple job for those of you that know this field inside-out. I have a complete script that you can use and make modifications or if you know this type of project you can go from scratch. But from scratch I expect many bugs as this is a big project. I want to start my own safelist hosting service like [login to view URL], or [login to view URL], or planetxmail.com. I would like it to be more like safelist services. I would prefer for all navigation links to be at the top of the pages (instead of column) because of the way I want to use Blurbs pages (affiliate pages) under the navigation links. I would like to keep the templates options very simple. Just color based but all with the same navigation. It should have all of the features like affiliate programs for the safelists owner and all of that stuff in the admin section as that of SafelistServices.com. I can give you access to one of my own safelists that I own to see an example of the admin area. I am going to offer free/paid hosting. By “Blurb” below I mean an HTML code snippet that I can paste for a webpage to show/rotate in a frame. I want to control over the following on both free and paid safelists. •Control of a blurb on the email confirmation page. •Ability to sell a service to mail to all members safelists address once per day like [login to view URL] Here is what I need different in the free admin owners. I need control from an admin section to be able to rotate an unlimited number of the following and weight them by percentage. •Control of top sponsor ads in the safelist emails. •Control of a P.S. link at the bottom of each ad. •Control of the home/sign-up page blurb •Control of the free members area blurb •Control of the paid members area blurb •Control of the free members area blurb •Control of the sent mail successful blurb •Control of a banner at the top and bottom of each of the above with the ability to remove top or bottom or both off of any of them as well. •The ability to email the safelist members admin-email-address every other day. The safelist owner can mail to them the alternate days •Ability to sell a service to mail to all members admin-email-address of free safelist owners. In other words, I will have the right to mail to them every other day to the admin email inbox. I want a service where I can sell advertising and insert an ezine type of advertisement of up to $250 words. I would like it automated where the person pays at the site. And then when I send out daily it will pull the ads from a queue. I should no how many ads are in the queue and have the ability to pull xx amount from the queue into the current broadcast. I will make my money by promoting my own products and affiliate programs in the free members site thru blurbs and emails and sales of ezine ads and such. I also want to be able to sell the following services like [login to view URL] : I need it to be as automated as possible •Ezine ads •Top Sponsor Ads •Banner impressions •Packages of the above I will need control of the prices for hosting in the admin panel. Paid owners- The admin will have control over all aspects of the list and ability to email to their safelist members admin-email-address twice per day. Free members can promote their list with an affiliate program and still charge for use even though they are not paid owners. I will need an admin panel to handle all of the above. I will also like to have an affiliate program built in to get people to promote my services. I would like to use paypal and StormPay only. First in the industry feature. I want a member to be able to sign up to any safelist on my hosting site just once. And if they verify Both Email Address, then I want them to be a verified member. Then the next time they sign up, I want them to have an option to click a checkbox that says: [ ] verified member and if the user id, list email, and contact/admin email are the same they will not have to validate their email ever again. No matter how many times they sign up to a new safelist account that I one of my owners host on my server. I want the complete shopping cart system to work with paypal and StormPay and I want to be able to rotate the paypal/StormPay email address in the admin area incase I take on a partner. I also want to be able to control the percentage of the rotation and be able to add and delete or disable any the paypal/StormPay email address at any time I am looking forward to working with you.
