76993 small custom shopping cart

Hello- I am building a small astrology website and need a custom shopping cart developed for this website. I have previously posted this project as a dynamic form, but closed it out as I realized a shopping cart would be more appropriate. There will be 5 products only: 4 different astrology reports and one gift certificate. One of the astrology reports needs to gather information from 2 different people. The others need slightly different information for each one. The way I see the process working is this. The user comes to a page after clicking on an "order reports and gift certificate" link. On the next page, we will out all of the products. Here the user can choose which product he/she wants and the quantity that he/she wants . So, this page will have both add to cart and check out buttons. After the user is ready to check out, they will be taken to a page in the check out process that will list each product that they have chosen indivdually and collect the data from the user that we need for the product such as: name, birth time, birth date, place of birth, etc. The user must be able to enter all data needed for all products on this page. It is possible that someone will purchase 3 of the same report for 3 different people. If this is the case, we will need to collect a different set of data for each of those reports. After we have collected this data, the user will then head to payment/shipping page where they enter their Credit card/ billing information as well as shipping information if necessary. The reports will be able to be emailed or shipped. If they choose shipping, there will only be 2 options, which will have predefined pricing, such as overnight $20 or standard $5. The gift certificates will have to be shippped. I will be doing all of the design and html coding. I will need someone to program the shopping cart functionality only. I will need this person to work with me as the design progressed to make sure that the design will be compatible with the shopping cart so that there is no redundant work going on.
