I have meet a lot of people on this site most are very good at what they do and complete the job in a time expeditious manner. However I have been running into some that do not consider time as a priority and have nothing but excuses. This is sad and affects the way webmasters look at the good coders. I give a time frame for completion to my customers and consider my word binding. Understand that your bid is binding once accepted and the time to complete project will be strictly enforced. I want to change the site to allow doctors or a group of doctors to sign up for an account that will give them access to individual transcriptionist or a transcription business with multiple managed transcriptionist. Site is located at [login to view URL] Current admin/manager Username = jay Password = pass Doctor Username = dr1 Password = pass ADMIN Admin account will have access and control to all current admin features for all the individual transcriptionist, managers, and doctors. Current options will be set by the admin only Admin will need a method to create categories i.e. Patient History, Patient Progress Reports, Narratives, Chart Notes, General Narratives etc. The doctor's account will then select what category of transcription they will need. Each one of these types of categories will have a billing rate configured in the transcriptionist /transcription group Admin will need to create types of recording devices i.e. Sony or Olympus doctors and transcriptionist should be able to select which one the devices they use or can transcribe within the account. This will be for the individual transcriptionist and for those managed. DOCTORS Add another priority level to the Doctor's submission currently it is low, medium, high add “STAT” Doctor will need the same ability as the manager to reject the file and send it back to the transcriptionist/manager Doctors will need to be able to upload documents in PDF, MS Word, or WordPerfect to their account as examples so transcriptionist can see what layout is expected. Once logged in a provide link with a list of transcriptionist and manager accounts available for work Currently the only fields for the doctor are email, username, and password. The following fields will need to be added for tracking: Address City State Zip Code Telephone Federal ID# DOCTORS GROUP A single login for a manager of a number of doctors allowing one person to manage multiple doctors. The account would have the same options as an individual doctor. Once logged in a provide link with a list of transcriptionist and manager accounts available for work Each group will need its own associated information: Group Name Contact Name Username Password Address State Zip Code Telephone Federal ID# TRANSCRIPTION BUSINESS The manager account will act as admin creating and managing work assigned to a transcriptionist. Basically the current admin account will be changed in to the manager's account with exception of setting options Add a field that flags the transcription group accounts as “not available” for work otherwise the transcription group is available for work A method to set individual billing rates for each doctor and/or doctors group. Each doctor or doctors groups can have multiple rates based on the type of work. Job Rates will have the following inputs: By Character Count - Number of characters counted and cost per number of characters Is there a cost per page in addition to the cost per character count? If yes then what is the cost per page? By Recorded Hour - Hourly Rate The account will need these fields for tracking: Username Password Email Address City State Zip Code Telephone Federal ID# INDEPENDENT TRANSCRIPTIONISIT The transcriptionist account will have the same as current admin area with exception of creating other transcriptionist and setting options Add a field that flags the transcription accounts as “not available” for work else transcriptionist is available for work In addition to the name, username, password, and email the account will need to track the following fields: Address City State Zip Code Telephone Either Social Security # xxx-xx-xxxx or Federal ID# depending on transcriptionist selection All accounts will need a method to change password and contact information. A method for doctor's request to add transcriptionist/managers to a list that they can assign jobs to A method for transcriptionist/managers to accept/deny doctors when added to the doctor's job list A method for both to remove themselves from the list
