App on iPad for check-in, voting, QR Code scanner & FB intergrated

I'd like to develop app below:
- User register personal to join upcoming exhibition. Registration form can be placed on website, Facebook fan page & app on iPad. User can register by their Facebook account.
- Once register successful, system will send confirmation email with QR code. User required to print QR code to the exhibition.
- At the exhibition, guests are required to scan QR code by the app developed on iPad. Once check-in successful, there is welcome message to that guest
- In each store in the exhibition, there is an iPad allow guests to check-in by scan QR code at the store and answer some basic questions such as (store's design, store's service...)
Extra requirement: Facebook Places check-in
If guest who have Facebook account, once he check-in at the exhibition, the app will post on his wall says XXX is at ABC Exhibition
