This will be an ongoing project and I prefer to stay with the same coder for up to 3 months with ongoing pay.? Theres 3 roles - System Admin (webmaster), Company Super User, Company Normal user
Required Web Pages:
1) Main Employee page ([url removed, login to view]) - displays employee information for each company
2) Login Page - login by account #, userid, password
3) Reports Page - crystal reports
4) Health Care Programs Page - manages all programs descriptions/statuses
5) Job Positions Page - manages all job positions unique to each company
6) Pay Roll Page - needs a calender selection - manages payroll data for eaach company
System Admin should have ability to go in and manage ALL the data from all these pages.
Company Super User should have ability to manage all data within their own company.
Add, edit, update, or upload (csv or MS Excel) all employee information, company information, and logins

System Admin shoud have ability to add, update, edit, or delete:
Companies - [tblCustomers]
Employees - [tblEmployees]
Logins - [tblAppUser]
Postions - [not yet created] - unique to each company (driver, intern, manager, director...)
Pay Scale - global for all -should be hourly (0) or salary (1), or unassigned (empty) - int field
Health Care Programs - [tblHealthPlans] - global for all companies
Status - global for all companies - just a list of statuses (Eligible, In-Eligible, None, Probation)
City - global for all - list of cities - just Sacramento and Los Angeles for now.
Payroll - [tblPayroll] - period - unique to each company
Each company needs the ability to login - Account number, userID, and Password required.
Each company has a super user that can manager anyones login within their own company [tblAppUser].[intSecurityLevel] if = 100 then they are super user within their own company
System admin should be able to manage any companies login, reset passwords...
