ASP Real Estate Application

Hello ! We are looking for an ASP developer to join our inhouse development team. This means that most your guys are NOT suitable because the freelancer mentality is not what we're looking for. When working with us, you will need to work ONLY for us and STOP any other activity that you will be doing. Lots of ASP projects will be presented to you but the scope of this project is to help us finish a real estate application. You will be given the opportunity to work on a fun real estate project that will be launched in a few weeks. The site is almost done and we just need a few more finishing touches to it. Since it might take us lots of time to write down all the specs, we'll get into those a bit later with the coders that will be preselected for the job. When bidding, please DO NOT write more than 5 lines. All messages that have more than 5 lines of code and that show how much expertise you have and how many hundreds of sites you did will be DISREGARDED. Please answer JUST the following questions : 1. How many years of experience you have with classic ASP(VBScript) ? 2. Are you comfortable working with AJAX ? 3. What is your hourly fee ? 4. What is the most complicated site you did in ASP ? We hope to select someone very very fast. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
