I will require an admin window where I can manage the site and its records i.e. altering records, deleting and uploading new images relating to records and gain reports.

The site will need to have some sort of payment mechanism attached that would only display adverts after they had been paid for. Paypal, Worldpay etc.

I will hold rights to the finished site/scripting/imagery etc.
