Complete a stalled C# coupon application project.

We have been working on a C# webforms client interface for our coupon distribution database. It is 90+% completed, but the programmer we had working on the project has gone awol.

What we thought was the source code to the project turned out to be only the DLL's for the project. We have no idea if we'll be able to get the source or not.

If we can't obtain the source, some code may need to be recreated.

Two critical tasks remain and a small handful of minor tasks.

1. Not all coupon categories are showing up on the web client. We believe this is because the last developer hard coded all categories into the client instead of using our existing web services. We need to dynamically pull the categories into the web app using web services and make sure all categories show up.

2. When an advertiser puts the web client on their website, the categories need to show only the coupons for that advertiser. Any other coupons need to disappear.

Minor tasks:

1. Coupons are being populated into wrong categories. (see pet and office supply categories).

2. For the 'Settings', 'Friends' and 'Help' buttons, have a new window pop up for these functions rather than a new page.

3. Make the icon and the category name the link instead of only the icon.

4. The year on the expiration date on the coupons is being cut off in the browser.

5. Don't display categories which have no coupons.

6. Make web client look fairly consistent in all browsers.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
