I am looking for some software to manage a large number of douments.
We have over 5000 documents that we would like to store in a some sort of document management system.
Similar to Public Folders on exchange.
It would be great if the system can run inside of outlook so you can drag and drop information into the document managment system. The system has to be very user friendly.
Things that will be stored in the management system:
Word docs, Excel, PDF, Emails, images etc..
The key point it that we will need to easily transfer emails from outlook directly into the system.
I would like the system to run on a MS SQL database. It must also have login and passwords allowing you to setup access levels for certin users.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
