Fix site to make it look correctly in browsers othe than IE

We have a site create to be compatible with IE6, 7 and 8.
However, the site compatibility with other browsers is extremelly poor.
We need to have the CSS and other elements correct so that the site will be compatible with other important broswers (please, see the list where the site should work in the bid details)

For the potential coders, I will provide a username and password so that it can evaluated during the bidding process.
I can provide parts of the source code also during the bidding process. Please, ask them.
