gnutela limewire modification

I need an app Or i need you to modify a alredy coded opensource programs like Frostwire and Limewire you can find both codes on google. What goes beter for you.

I want to force the client to be an ultrapeer.

and another thing is.... any incoming search the client gets it should reply a positive and then offer a predefined file. So when lets say other users on gnutela network will search for michael jackson my client will get the search and it will fake positive and offer a precdefined file as michael [url removed, login to view]

This was done before if you go and search lets say "blalba" on limewire,there are alredy clients that are faking the results and always offering same file for any search query they get...

do you undestand what i mean. And do you think you can do that?If so i also have more projects i need to to...
