The web page automatically captures the person's MUDID into the page. Web page prompts for Department, Temperature, First Name, Last name, date of record, time of recording and a text box that allows users to enter a comment (max: 40 chars ) Multiple users would be expected to access the same PC at certain times. The web page would still capture who ever logged into the access to the PC. If ABC123 logged into the PC. and ABC123 allows Mr Simon to enter his temperature into the PC. The record should show. ABC123 / Simon Paul / celcius / HR / 04.04.03 / 6pm / Symptoms: TEXT / . Supervisors>>> If theres lots of Users, a supervisor can log on himself, and directly enters statistics for individual users from one PC (E.g. Supervisor = PeterPaul. ) GUI should display... PeterPaul / Simon Paul(user) / Celcius / HR / 04.04.03 / 6pm / Symptoms: Nil / Admin Tool >>> Admin will click a few button, to list Department, month and year and a table appears. he/she clicks on print and report is printed out....more reports the merrier. Up to u to add more reports u can think of variation. Admin Tool wil have features to add and delete user list via First name, Last Name, Department. Admin Tool will have features to add Administrators list, add,delete administrators. From the Web page, users would not need to physically type out their names, they just need to click on appropriate Deparment, a list of names within department appears and they just click on that name...etc..... Software app rules>>>> Users can directly enter their own temperature. Supervisor can enter temperature for multiple users. Users can share PC and the MUDID of the person who logged in will be capture onto the web page statistic. Report will be generated by Administor end of month. The system would allow all users to log in. The system should have an admin tool to do reports. If it is possible to capture MUDID. One user can only his or her name into the system once per day only.
