Image Manager & Downloader(repost)

**The project involves creating an application for quickly downloading images from websites and categorising them, and can only be used by registered users - _the program will run with the user's permission_.** The VB.net application split into 3 parts, although, they must all work together. 1. A start menu application that checks for a key combination, similar to that of ctrl-alt-del (but customisable) that then (after password authentication) launches the main visible part application, to be explained in the instillation. 2. The application launched integrates with internet explorer. Should give the ability to download target images and movies from a web page, via a single click, perhaps by pressing a key, the cursor changes. Display, thumbnails of the images/movies downloaded in a frame similar to that of the Internet Explorer search bar. Then have a simple ability to group or remove pictures, into groups/categories, would also be nice to have the ability to join mpeg/avi movies that have been grouped or relate to each other. 3. The 3rd part of this application should consist of a windows application (VB) which allows you to quickly search categories for certain images. And provide ability for slide shows, watching avi/mpegs etc, burning, zipping and emailing, uploading to web space or burning to cd. **Privacy is up most, images should all be kept in a folder which is not searchable, and hidden - perhaps some sort of basic encryption?** Main application in start menu, unless key combo is invoked. All work should be your own, or using controls which are distributable commercially without any fees or restrictions. Right hand click option when invoked to say add this picture to my collection.. in IE. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4)Everything delivered should be in full compliance with U.S. law including the DMCA which prohibits circumventing any technological protection or obtaining information from a computer system without their permission ## Platform Must work from IE 5+ and Win ME+
