Looking for web backend developers

Greetings. I have just formed a new small company that will deliver high end websites to small and medium sized business'. I myself am the lead designer for all of our websites and company solutions. What I am looking for is someone (or some people) that know how to code well developed backend systems using php, mySQL, asp and java. The candidate must meet the following criteria, for this is not an actual job posting, but a job hiring. ::Must live in the Orange County, California are. Preferably Irvine, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach or Santa Ana. ::Cannot work for another companny, I only want freelancers that can devote a lot of time to these projects. ::Young, I am looking for someone that is in their 20's. On top of this, they need to know how to work toghether as a team with my partners. ::A showcase of past work is a MUST. DO NOT reply to this if you do not have previous work to show me.
