Myspace Clone - URGENT

We are in need of a myspace like clone. The social networking site should have all of the features of myspace, with the ability to easily add in features during this time. If you can't complete the project for under 100$, don't bid. We are assuming you have developed a similar site, and will need to see an example, and be given admin privleges to navigate through the site. Obviously a CMS will need to be in place. We need strict security measures, to ensure that we can grant login names and passwords, but users can't freely register. They should be able to change their passwords after they register. We would like this done in a matter of a few days, because again we're assuming you've developed a site already. We will need the site to be skinnable so that we can change the graphical appearance without changing content. If your bid does not contain the word "Heineken", we won't accept it because we know you didn't read this. Serious bidders only.
