**We have a question regarding ASP.NET 1.1 caching and user controls.**
We have a main .ASPX page which displays a user control. This user control loads its default state from a database.
We want this page to be CACHED, so that it's "default state" displays whenever a user loads that page.
If the user, say, selects a new item from a listbox, a postback will be made, and the page becomes interactive (ie, text for that item selected is displayed).
Unfortunately this does not appear to be working for us right now. Sample page here: <[login to view URL]>
This appears to generate a Javascript error, usually on the *second time* the page is loaded, and a new postback is made.
We are currently using:
OutputCache Duration="216000" VaryByParam="cboTemplates"
... Behind the user control page.
**What are we doing wrong?
**Please provide a bid to help us resolve this problem. It should take an experienced coder no more than one hour in advice.
Thanks for your time and help!
