The main idea is to have two levels of access: Staff and Clients. Staff should be able to add, delete and modify properties. Users should be able to register their details online giving a user name and password, allowing them to gain access to their personal page. Here, the user will be able to view/modify their details and to view all their properties they have saved.
A more detailed description outlining the exact format of the site is available below as an additional file. You must read it before placing a bid to make sure you understand fully what needs to be done.
Ideally, I need someone that has had much experience in designing websites so that it looks as professional as possible. If you could provide links to any projects done, that would be great. Also, if there are any questions, please ask and i will respond promptly.
I would prefer this site to be done using PHP and SQL but i am open to any suggestions.
This site should be standard and straight forward for anyone well versed in designing websites linked to a database. I am open to any fair bid amounts though.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
