SMS HTTP post/get, .NET XML, PHP, API integration

We have an exciting unusual project for a coder to come on board and assist us. Please note the attached files below. These are copyrighted by SQR Media and are not to be distributed and are for information purposes only. These files are for you to evaluate and to see the mechanism of the technology used. We need someone to implement the attached files onto our server and integrate this with in our radio broadcast software (MS database & PHP driven), website (joomla!) and our sms provider. We will provide all access details and further integration document with the SMS provider. Also if you identify that any improvements that can be made within the code or introduce further features, we can discuss and go forward with these. We are happy for suggestions with the right bidder. With the winning bidder we can communicate via Skype and or MSN. **Original job post below** We currently have the following on our server which is a script that receives SMS (text) messages from our provider then is passed to an XML feed into a radio broadcast application via PHP and MySql. 1) SMS triggers HTTP Post action which causes ASP.NET script to run. 2) ASP.NET script gets SMS content and queries the SQL db for the song, and retrieves the song ID. If it cannot find a song it will return an SMS message saying song not found. 3) When ASP.NET has found the song ID it will pass an XML feed to the radio software, the the radio software will determine by internal policy rules when the song will be played and then receive an XML response with a request ID. 4) ASP.NET will then query the SQL server again with the request ID and retrieve the ETA and will send this back via SMS to the end user. Our SMS provider have provided documention on HTTP GET POST method etc. Further indepth details can be given upon request if the above does not make any sense. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows Server 2008
