Web Site Database project

This is a database project that is needed ASAP; it needs to be run on Windows 2000/2003 server that is currently running IIS. It also _can not be a resource hog_ by any means. If the coder can do this, I will assure him that I will contact him/her 1st for any other projects of this type or when this project grows. What is needed is a database backbone/front end for a web site. It needs to give a web page that gives 5 fields of data. When the fields are filled out, it needs to drop in a database, and then this user needs to be sent to a conformation page. This database (just for one user), needs to be accessed by another page, so they can view the results (on a password protected page). It will need to be setup for many different users that can only view their data. To try to clear this up, X user goes to a custom web site, with 5 fields for them to fill out, once filled out, they will be sent to a conformation page. User Z will come to another link, logon, then view the information entered on the site that X inputted. Pages made: 1. Input page (4-6 fields, that can be easily changed) 2. Conformation page (showing accepted to the database) 3. view page (user will need to logon to view data) It needs to be made for each user, that will have clients fill in the fields. Each page will need to be customized, so once the page is made, it can be pulled down and edited via FrontPage or another program. I would like a program on the server, that would create the page(s), prepare the data base for those pages (along with the info above to be prepared) for the user. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform Server side: Windows 2000/2003 IIS 6.0 Pages: Internet Explorer and Netscape Database: Can be of the choice of programer but, needs to be noted before program is made. Cost is very important here. Also can use any thing built into IIS 6.0 (asp etc)
