Webpage form data input - for user to sign into work every day

Each day I must input my name into a webpage on the intranet before noon. This is a method of ensuring I have logged into the computer. I would like the program to dial my modem at 6:00 am, log into my internet account, and my user Identitication (name) into the web page (ASP) form block so that I do not have to do this myself everyday. I would like to have the program code customizable so that I might change the id field if my id changes.
