Website Modification Project php ftp mysql(repost)

I had partially functional website at [login to view URL] and would like to reactivate it and add several features . Currently website exists in php and uses tab delimitated file of book list as input to generate main page. However, lot of things have changed since then and code is about 18 months dated. 1. I would like to add forum phpbb. It is already installed. Now it needs some configuration. 2. divide books into category. 3. change input format of database. 5. I want to add functionality to find the lowest price available on internet by ISBN. visit [login to view URL] to get an example. 6. I want to make "Buy It Now" link more appealing and professional which is paypal button. 7. Improve search functionality and place in middle. 8. Link for User to submit wants with price and ISBN #. 9. Admin panel function to Mark upto three items as Featured items. 10. Change tracking # functionality. It should display tracking result directly from [login to view URL] website along with some ad links. [login to view URL] for my favorite deal of day where I can enter links my links and text like [login to view URL] and it will generate similar web page as [login to view URL] home page. 13. I want to enter another simple data driven tab page where user can enter data "A + B + C". in turn someone can search on combination of "A+ B" and if that combination exists, it gives data "C".It is simple function that I can explain later. 14. Contact me page needs to be completely revamped and developed from scratch. 15. as it exists right now, all the page url's should be only be in this format [login to view URL] 16. I expect developer to be a reasonably good tester and he/she should be able to run some basic tests.
