Windows Mobile - PDA, GPS, Mapinfo Application

I have a large project that requires a company that has Windows Mobile 2005 experience along with GPS, and location based mapping. I have an existing application that is built for the Palm platform. It is a tool for realtors that allows them to locate their property listings. We are looking to add GPS and mapping functionality to this application as well as rewriting it for the smartphone windows 2005 platform. I need a company that understands and has experience with: a) Windows Mobile 2005 b) Mapinfo's MapX c) GPS, WIFI, and GPRS d) .NET technologies This application is for the PDA smartphones. I have my own servers and already have a DB built for all of the listings. This project is only for the most experienced programming team. I am willing to work on an **hourly contract OR a project fixed price**. My main goal is to find the right company to deal with. The initial project is to simply do the technological analysis and prototyping of this application...it will develop into a much larger project eventually. Thanks to all for bidding! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
