New Web 2.0 Site progarmming only

Hello, I'm looking for a team to program a web 2.0 social networking site. The design, logo, and css have been done. Programming requirements: mysql, php, ajax, javascript, etc. (using Joomla is a possible option if you feel it will work better than starting from scratch) 1. signup, email verification, invite friends, profile, bio, photo. (20% of the site) 2. audio file upload, embed, download, tag, tag cloud, search box on the header (20% of the site) 3. audio player, rate, comments, favorite, flag (20% of the site) 4. enter audio files for contests, contests rating (15% of the site) 5. social networking, groups, contests creation & announcement (25% of the site) SEO friendly URL, individual page title, centralized structure. Details of each form will be sent to you. Your ideas are all welcome. You will program, upload onto server, test and debug. I have a dedicated server.
