restyle titles with curved edges,

Hello

On this site [here][1] you will see i have titles that are in tables with square edges -- (menu, directory info, new listings, business directory, premium)..

i would like to alter the style of these titles to curved edges and shadow like this sample here [sample][2]..

We need to keep the same colors that we already have (red-CA0000/grey-F4F4F4)

we would also like our search results template reworked to give curved edges and a more professional look..[here][3]

The results come from a template..

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
