Simple word processor program with and multi media front end

What I need done… This is a simple word processor type project with a bit of multi media at the front end. The project involves a simple word processor, limited capabilities, which opens, closes and appends a fixed number of files that are tabbed across the screen or listed at the side bar. The files are initially provided by a template maker/installer component of the program that you will provide. A full description of the program and functions with simple screen shot layouts that further explain how the program should work, look and feel are available at the private message board. A bonus for exceptional performance is likely. We are open to input from you on the programming language and methods to achieve the projects goals. Support for the code for 60 days after project closes is a requirement. Well commented code is required. A full one click installation program with [login to view URL] installed and working without bugs on my server/computer is required before project is considered complete/closed. We are very fair, but we demand that everything work as promised with no compromises. This is a work for hire and we own all source code / creative design elements 100% with no reservations, exceptions or 3rd party software restrictions. A 30 day delivery for the finished project is a requirement. Delivery deadlines and milestones may be negotiated if reasonable to us. All deliverables must be uploaded to Rent A Coder on or before the deadline(s) for this project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP C++ programming preferred but open to suggestions.
