I NEED a confident SOFTWARE designer ASAP

Hello, There are a few websites where I would like to mass email a response by software made to hit the reply button in a classified advertising listing, putting in pre defined subject and email body, captcha integration by deathbycaptcha or another cheap captcha solution and the software being able to reply to every listing in a particular category or categories. I would like the software to be pc based and need a license code to take it out of the limited free (50) replies only demo mode. Let me know; 1. How long will the software take to develop roughly? 2. How much will it cost roughly? 3. If I accept you for the job will you have a team or will it just be u coding the soft up? Let me know any questions u may have so I can clarify for u. Please don't bid if u r new to software development I will drop u in a heart beat if I start getting a bunch of excuses and "I don't knows". Thanks for reading, Barry
