In need of - Trouble ticketing software

I was hoping you may be able to assist me in a project we are looking for. We are looking for an opensource trouble ticketing software much like Eticket ([login to view URL]) We would like something web based so that our clients can file a support ticket through our website. We would like to have them fill out the form in regards to their problem and let them have the ability to track the ticket via the web. Eticket looks like a freat software package, but would you be able to assist in configuring it and customizing it for us ? Need a mini-blueprint of how you are going to develop this project in PMB.
