Site recognition proxy/software

This project is a 2 part project and both must be complete before the project is paid for. 1st part: A proxy or background low level windows program that will detect a flash movie running on a webpage inside a browser (IE, Fire Fox, NS, Opera) and either display the website or display a another webpage if the flash movie returns a value that has been set to restricted within the proxy/software and on this page will be a input box, for a 4 digit code, a radio button with text of “temporarily unlock”(default) or a radio button with text of “permanently unlock” and a submit button which will then take the 4 digit pin & choice and submit it to a database to check the 4 digit pin if the 4 digit pin is good then update that specific users information in the database. Display the website if 4 digit pin is good. Inside this proxy/software will be the following Easy to use navigation Before any changes or even opening the control panel for the proxy/software a 4 digit pin must be validated. A user selectable restriction level ie. Level 1 sites restricted (radio button) flash movie returns “level_01” to proxy/software Level 2 sites restricted (radio button) flash movie returns “level_02” to proxy/software Level 3 sites restricted (radio button) flash movie returns “level_03” to proxy/software A user selectable option (drop down) to either display or not display (show authorization page) for sites without the flash movie. Text would be “Display websites not yet rated” or ”do not display websites not yet ranked” Need ability to add as many as needed of the above restriction level at anytime. List of temporarily unlocked websites that have been unlocked temporarily with date/time of unlock List of permanently unlocked (white list) websites that have been unlocked permanently with date/time of unlock with ability to check (check box) one or many and remove from the permanently unlocked back to blocked. 2nd part Testing on our servers (you will have a username and password) to insure no funny business on your part. Once everything has been tested with NO BUGS or BACKDOORS we will move onto payment. You can hold the source code for the desktop level proxy/software until final payment is made at which time we will request all source code and all rights to the proxy/software be given to us to reproduce/copy/sell any part of it.
