Vertical Search Engine

A vertical search engine with the ability to locate extremely accurate and relevant data for a niche market. This search engine should understand the relationships between concepts, categories, words, entities, etc and retrieve results that more precisely match the intended search. The technology used should have the ability to crawl the Internet and search through a variety of data formats and diverse locations – to decode and index the unique content. The perfect example of what I am looking to do would be [login to view URL], however a different industry. This project should be administratively friendly and easily customizable to accommodate different verticals. I prefer freelancers with the relevant experience and examples to prove it. Communication is also extremely important; the winning bidder should be available via email, google chat, and/or AIM and phone.
