Beyond Quotes

i need to make an application for this quote system. [login to view URL], i will provide backgrounds for the GUI. this currently sits on my site and i want a version for my computer. i need to have a few extra fields added. (sales person, current date, invoice number, time due, date due, etc...). i need these quotes to be saved for future reference, or if a customer just takes the quote and comes back a week later be able to pull up the order. i want an admin section where i could edit/update whats in those fields. i want to be able to choose for every type of sign at the top left hand corner not every option is available, so i want to be able to assign when a type of sign is chosen to only be able to view the options that pertain to that sign. i want to be ablt to edit the formulas i use to calculate the quote. have a discount field for repeat customers. have the ability to just give quote and save or print out the quote and save it. this must work on a network system so that any computer can pull up the order and view it so we can make the order. i want to be able to have customers database and be able to see every quote or order they have done with us, and be able to see a running balance YTD (year to date). give me a good bid on this project and you could be awarded all 5 apps that are similar to this one. i need one for SIGNS (which is this one), SCREEN PRINTING, PRINTING, GRAPHICS, WEB DESIGNS, i want all these apps to be part of one overall application. does it have to be done at the same time, or can i have them done 1 at a time and then combine them all? ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform windows 9.x & up. network is on windows 2000 server. ## Deadline information once awarded job must have a gui (not working with database) that will be able to click on options to be able to view the way it will work.
