Create Mini Utility - Good User Interface Req'd

We require a tiny program creating, which randomly selects and displays THREE items from a pre-determined list. As this is nothing more than a utility, the program should be VERY good looking. It's interface should be highly attractive and we require the developer to include as many "fancy features" as possible. User should be able to click a button... and the interface "rolls around" and the "machine" randomly picks THREE words from the list of ONE HUNDRED (attached). It then displays these (obviously they each need to be different words) to the user. That's all... The simplest app in the history of apps :) Can be programmed in ANY language or using any tool (preferably not Flash). I'm attaching the description of the program, name and list of words. This is a LOW BUDGET project. I will leave A++++ feedback for the winner. Please include at least one sample of your graphic work when bidding. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
