Application that will allow users to load movie files on their computer and watch clips and save them (not render but save changes they made), application will be ad supported so developer needs to understand how to pull ads off web server. ## Deliverables First a few notes on who should bid: Only looking to work with a programmer directly not with a company, no exception Only those who can show me applications they built that are desktop based Only those who have worked with encoding technologies already such as ffmpeg etc and have EXTENSIVE experience Only those who can provide daily visual updates of progress, no exception Yes we can find someone for less to do this but right now we will offer great pay for quality and dedication, This app will run on all types of computers, only those who have developed apps that today run on 100,000 user machines, free or paid apps. In short the app will allow users to load movies and then using simple buttons will allow them to rotate the clip, make the clip black and white, zoom into parts of the clip, they will also be able to select what parts of the clip to play such as 1:11 - 1:52 1:59 - 2:21 as well as do slow motion etc Design the app in a way where it doesnt use extreme user memory and a simple yet nice GUI. We dont expect you to bid based just on this but this gives you an idea of the experience needed. IMPORTANT: you must be able to understand how to play any movie file including RealPlayer files BOTH multistream surestream and regular, not being able to support this file format is not acceptable. In addition the app will feature ads, so its important you understand how to easily load ads on app from webserver.
