Eudora Mail simple plugin

I would like a plugin for Eudora Mail. All the plug in needs to do is to allow me to choose the time when a particular e-mail will be sent. This should be a simple project, and can be done in any Windows programming language. Details: 1) All headers in the e-mail should show the time the message is sent, not the time I actually typed it in. Likewise, the Out box should show the time it was sent. 2) The plugin should have the option of checking my mail before it sends the message. (This is sometimes necessary for the outgoing mail server to accept the message). 3) The plugin should integrate to the Eudora GUI. I should be able to click an option to send at a particular time and date. 4) The plugin must ensure that Eudora successfully sends the message. If it fails, the plugin should retry for 10 minutes (preferably this should be set in options). If it still doesn't suceed, it should make it very clear that the message was not sent, by putting up a new window (modeless) informing me of the error, and by marking the message in the Out box with a special label or color. (Eudora supports different colors). 5) The plugin must work with all versions of Eudora from 5 up. (I use version 6, so that is most important). It should be expected to continue working with new versions of Eudora. It should not interfere with any other plugins, like PGP or Spamnix. 6) The message, when it is sent, should behave like a normal message that was typed in and sent immedieatly. For instance, it should go through all of the Outgoing filters and be handled accordingly (I have certain filters set to place certain messages in certain Outgoing mailboces). I think this should be a very simple and fun project! I plan to choose the coder with the lowest bid, provided, of course, that it meets all the requirements. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Ideally, the code should be clear enough for any programmer to look at, follow, and possibly modify. 2) Ideally, I should be able to install the plugin myself, just by copying a file to a certain directory. If not, then I need an installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. Feel free to use any GPL or third party code, as long as a) you inform me first and I explicitly agree and b) I will be able to use the plugin without restriction. I have no problem with GPL or any other license, as long as it doesn't restrict my use. (In fact, I'm a big supporter of open source.) 4) The coder can keep a unlimited, nonexclusive license to the product. That is, you can do whatever you want with the code, as long as I can do the same. 5) The coder must support it for free for two weeks, just to make sure that it works and has no bugs, and is compatabile with my setup (Eudora 6 on Windows 2000). I don't forsee needing any support unless there are bugs or compatability issues. ## Platform All versions of Windows (95/98/ME, NT/2k/XP). Eudora 5.0 and up.
