IRC Bouncer / Proxy

Im am looking for a coder that can make me a IRC Bouncer/Proxy. You mayby have heard of PsyBNC which, I belive, is the most popular Bouncer. Currently I am using the Psybnc, but it has lot of flaws. PsyBNC has not been development for a long time. I need a coder that can code a new Bouncer (Prefered) or make the ajustments needed on psybnc. PsyBNC is coded in C Some experience in IRC and bouncering could be preferable. Some of the improvements to psybnc would be: Anti Throttling, large channel support, pre Irc server setup. But I have posted a list below. Some of the features are already supported by PsyBNC. Here is a list of features: - Module support (Or some kind of scripting language) - Multiple connections on the same account - Multi User support (On the same application) - DCC Support - Anti Throttle (Timer between user connects) - oidentd support - logging function (when detached, log to mysql?) - On-the-fly user administration (Reads stuff directly from database, not cached) - Support for large channels - A way to block for specific servers for each user/global settings - MOTD - Global user notice / Admin notice - bouncer linking / partyline - Vhost support - Log Query and higlight in channels More to come... Sorry for changing the bid, I didn't knew how it worked. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux
