PDA to cellphone communication via bluetooth

I need 2 small programs written. Program A resides in a Pocket PC, program B in a cell phone (Sony-Ericsson T616, to be exact). Program A must be able to communicate with Program B via Bluetooth. Program B activates an alert function in the cell phone - either audio signal or vibration. To the extent that the cell phone can produce variations of an alert (such as vibration for a specific length of time or short alert, long alert, etc.), Program B supports these features. On request, Program A signals Program B over the Bluetooth connection to activate the alert, with parameters being passed to specify the type of alert. Program A needs no user interface - it will be incorporated into an existing Pocket PC application. However, it needs to be written in C or C++. Program B can be written in anything, as long as A and B function correctly together. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program B, together with a method to download it into the cell phone. Complete source code for both programs. 2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform As described above.
