Right-Click Context Menu in Explorer (URGENT)

I am having lots of trouble finding a coder who can PROPERLY complete this project. I need code that can add a menu item (with submenus) to the Windows Explorer Right-Click Context menu. The code should be in VB or VB compatible (i.e. a dll in another language that I can implement in VB)

However, with past code for context menus that I have tried to use, if the program has any components in it like the common-dialog control, MAPI etc., these components will STOP working properly when the program is opened through the context menu. The past coders have not been able to fix this problem. With their code, none of these components would function properly when I opened my program using the context-menu. I would have to completely shut-down my program and open it again by double-click its EXE to have these components work again.

ex:

You open my program via the context menu and if you were to try to send email with Outlook using MAPI, you'd get an error. BUT if you were to open my program by double-clicking the exe, no error would be produced.

So here's what I need:

1) Project coded in VB6 or to be VB6 compatible (i.e a dll coded in another language that can be implemented in VB6)

2) Ability to add multiple items (and sub-items) to the Windows context-menu for files and folders

3) When a file is clicked using the context-menu, it will be added to a listbox in my application.

4) The ability to select multiple files at once and add those files to a listbox.

5) If item A in the context menu is clicked, selected files will be added to list A. If item B in the context menu is clicked, selected files will be added to list B. etc.

6) My program's menu should always be in the context-menu even when my program hasn't been launched

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Note:

See the screenshot at the top of this window if you are not sure what I mean by context-menu. However, I do not need something as complexe as WinZip's context menu as shown in the screenshot.
