We need an application that combines some standard telephony functionality. We have a web-based contact management application. We want to be able to do the following: 1) dial outgoing calls using our web application. Our web application can already dial if it's combined with Phone Dialer Pro ([login to view URL]), but we want this functionality included in the application you're building. The functionality we need from Phone Dialer Pro is the dialpad and what shows up in the Options menu. 2) A headset (microphone and headphones) that is plugged into the soundcard will be used as the speaker and receiver for the telephone. The user should be able to make phone calls without using an actual phone. 3) Instead of the Phone book, we want a scrolling list of the last 100 numbers dialed along with the name of the person/company associated with that list. This will allow someone to quickly redial a recently called person. 4) Give users the option of recording the phone calls, similar to the functionality that's available in the application "VRS Recording System" ([login to view URL]). The user should have the option of voice-activated or manual recording. 5) The phone recordings should be able to be compressed using any codecs currently installed on the system. The user should be able to set the bit rates and sampling rates. 6) Also, similar to "VRS Recording System," when the phone call is finished, the program should automatically upload the voice file to our server (we will provide exact specifications for how this record should be uploaded). The voice files will be uploaded and linked to the contact records, keeping track of the start and end time of each call, and the total elapsed call time. All of the functionality of "VRS Recording System" shown in the settings tab in that application is required. 7) When receiving an incoming call with a matched caller id, the application should do a screen pop (opening the contact record of the person calling) and pulling up the application window with the option allowing the user to record the phone conversation. The application should be tested to work with any standard voice/data modems. To bid, provide us with samples of telephony programs you have developed. We've already built the the contact management portion, and what's left just needs to dial a modem and make simple SQL calls to our db. See: [login to view URL] ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition. We will integrate the software into our existing installer. 3) The program must be able to be installed via an MSI installer package. 4) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
