9779 Urgent Bug Fix Needed

Project - Upload Script Bug fix Uploading to another server works but when the script switches to the 2nd server, it brings error message(url and error in txt file). I currently have a full time Programmer employed but this person has just left for a 5 day holiday, so I need to establish contact with another Senior Programmer, that I can work with in this project and possibly in future, im looking for someone with at least 3 exp in php and someone thats honest and reliable. My current rate is at around $25 per hour, so if you would like to discuss, please pmb, the project is urgent because 20-30 users currently cannot upload, so please only apply if you can fix within a 1 day period. You will most likely need to work remotely on servers, unless you've got your php patched locally with some extensions and ffmpeg installed with all codecs.
