I need a **youtube uploader program** that i could run from my computer.
This is the functions we need:
First of all when the program starts you select the folder where all the movie files is that you want to upload.
The **Upload Title** is allways the filename without the extansion, ofcourse.
The **Description** is same for all the uploads, something the user can type in the program.. "This movie made by Dieyo" for example. And automatically add the $filename.
The **Tags** is the whole filename but the program needs to automatically delete duplicates of words to work with Youtubes Tag policy. (no duplicate of words in tags).
**Video Category** is same for all movie-files.
No more functions is needed in this simple program.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition and must work with Windows XP.
3) It could be a install or without install, dont matters.
4) The rest of all serious things.
