Automatic Toplist Voter

I need an auto vote toplist that can auto vote on mmorpgtoplist (google it if you'd like to find out if you can do it or not, i don't think this site allows me to put the exact URL) But it will need to support: -A de-captcher account that i can transfer decaptcher funds onto it. -Show me how to get different ip's on there (I dont think proxy ip's will work, i'm willing to pay for ips aswell) -Can do a large amount of votes a day -Easy to use/make edits to (such as changing site, amount of votes etc) If you are unsure if you can do ANY of this.
