Codeigniter Framework and JSON expert needed

Hi i need someone who can create a template codeigniter application that i can use for multiple projects! What i need: 1. It needs to have a admin area where we can a. Add a new module (imported in from another API source provided by iobridge) b. Add, delete, modify users to add the modules 2. Front end will be basic but i would like to use the twitter bootstrap so should have a template home page including all the bootstrap files. I will be able to do the front end section or depending on the price and ease the winning bidder can do it. 3. I'm not 100% sure how I'm going to do this yet and I'm hoping the team or individual i hire will have an idea on how it can be done but i need to be able to use the rest service and retrieve a module which has an id but id like to be able to add that id to the back end and it is available to be used in the front end if that makes sense. It will be retrieving the API from iobridge. Its not a huge project and I'm sure it wont take someone who knows what their doing a few hours to do. Cheers Chris
