Hello, I was thinking about starting a file hosting website (big scale) with the script from [login to view URL] but in order to do that i need a custom theme. i don't need something advance but the freelance haft to handle html, css and php very good and that you can do the project very fast. After bidding i will attach the files that you need. Also - i will not release a milestone, until i see some sort of work. I have been taken from on here and want to find good freelancers for future projects. Don't bother bidding if you expect upfront payment before you start. Bid away!

I guess that this script handles all incoming HTTP & HTTPS headers too? No? Who are you using to host your public/html files? I can see how you can use this script once you have a server setup to handle all of your requests, but I do not see this included in this script at all. I would go even further thinking that when they say they'll install it for $39, they only mean they'll upload the files you buy to the correct public/private_html folders. How are you going to scale when you depend on code you can't write?
