This project takes precedent over the other work. This is a basic social networking project with limited functionality. It should be scalable for future development. It must be written in PHP. I have not decided on building from scratch or using code igniter or a code base I already possess.

I would like you to provide a bid for this as well as your thoughts on building from code igniter, scratch, or an existing social networking code base which I will provide a link for you to review.
