Top Trainers Connection Network - Website / directory

This is a network of all types of trainers in the US and US territories. User will search by zip code with the search options going out 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 250 or more with category selection. Trainer categories need to be automatically created when a new trainer creates their profile. Once the category is created it should not be created again. Trainers Profile Page: Type of Trainer Name Location (complete address) Email contact (address hidden) Phone number Photo Video Clip (type of trainer, name & location need to also appear in page <title>) The directory is free to users however Trainers who want to join will have the option of a monthly subscription, 3 months, 6 months & one year. With a 6 month free trail period. They need to be directed to an intake form that allows them to upload their photo and video clip. The video clip can not be more than 3 minutes long. Various formats should be able to upload. Trainers who sign on must receive a User Name and Password to edit their profile anytime however it must be held for approval. While waiting for approval after an update, the original profile will appear. Payment will be done through Paypal integration as well as credit card merchant integration. Upon profile approvals for new and updated the site admin should be able to click an on / off type button and the new or updated profile becomes active.
