LOD (Level of Detail) to 3DS MAX studio -Converter

Hello, i need a converter which converts LOD Files format to 3ds Studio MAX file format. The LodEditor(LE) is included in the zip file , it is a tool that get LOD files ,specialy from simulator Game falcon 4.0. I have include 2 LOD 3d models that i need to be converted to 3ds Studio max format. some instuctions: 1) in order to see or open the LE you must klick into the LE then open the [login to view URL] file. Then you can choose open of the right hand side -and you can open the 3d model that it is in the 3d models [login to view URL] you open the file you ccan choose edit inorder to see the 3d model ,the view give you the 3d view of the model ij OPENGL Also i have include the manual of the LE and some vital readme. I need the converter in order to be availiable to convert the LOD files from LE to 3ds Studio format. P.S The LE can import 3ds Files. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
