Delphi Graphics Expert Required

I've attached a program I wrote a few years ago, it's basically a graphics program where the emphasis is on fun rather than serious use. The program is now showing it's age (it was written in 1998) so I'm looking for someone to write a new version. I don't just want a carbon copy with an updated interface, I need someone who is an expert in graphics tricks to produce something with the "wow" factor! It should be easy to use, and possible to create dazzling special effects, even if the user doesn't have any artistic skill. It should allow them to do tricks with photographs as well as free hand "drawing". I have a registered copy of ImageEN, if you prefer to use another graphics component then please state this in your bid, and mention any specific features you would add to the program. Ideally it should be able to work without Direct X, though if it does need it then please say in your bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Delphi 7
